Section 2: Conclusion of contract
The display of products onthe online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer; it is a non-binding online catalogue only. We reserve, on a non-exhaustive basis, the right to increase prices, offer sales, correct mistakes and correct misprints.
By clicking theCheckout button in PAYFAST, you send your order details and make a binding and irrevocable declaration to PROJECT FOTO that you want to purchase the product/s selected. We automatically accept your offer upon receipt and payment confirmation of your order.
You will receive an email with an order number and contract confirmation.PROJECT FOTOrecommends printing out the order details and the General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of order.
Section 3: Cancellation
Once payment has been made the order is final and binding – no cancellation is allowed as your order is custom-produced according to your request. We do not keep any prints in stock and everything is bespoke produced to order.
Section 4: Delivery
Unless agreed otherwise, shipping will be ±15-21 workdays,ex our office to your address or to the delivery address specified by you.

Section 5: Edition Certificate with signature
Project Foto will send an Edition Certificate signed, numbered and detailed with the artwork information.Please note that we sell all work in limited quantities only.
Section 6: Pricesand payment
The prices quoted to you do not include sales tax, shipping costs& tariffs for any orders shipping outside of South Africa. These will be added separately. Information about shipping costs is contained in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.

If you would like to order a framed or unframed print to ship internationally,we are required to calculate custom shipping costs dependent on destination.Project Foto applies special shipping rates which include our secure rigid packaging and insurance.
When enquiring online, please select /add the country of the requested shipping destination; the correct shipping costs will then be calculated.Orders with items ofdifferent sizes will be shipped at the rate of the largest item containedin the order.
Section 8: No granting of rights
By buying a photographic print, you are only acquiring material ownership of the print. No other rights are granted or implied. Any reproduction (copying), dissemination, leasing, public exhibition or other analogue or digital use is not permitted unless authorised by law. You are permitted to resell the print.
Section 9: Refunds
All prints are checked carefully before shipping.Project Foto does not provide refunds or replacement for damage to the artwork caused by normal wear-and-tear, unusual handling, usage or treatment due to the sensitive nature of the product. All claims, of any nature, will be subject to the overriding determination and discretion of PROJECT-FOTO, Any decision taken by PROJECT-FOTO is final and not subject to any appeal what so ever.
Section 10: Care policy:
Photographs are always dependent on environmental influences; their appearance and colour can change and fadeif not cared for.
To ensure you keep enjoying your works of art, you should not expose photographs, laminations or frames, either in part or in full, to direct sunlight. Do not hang them directly above heating appliances or expose them to a humid environment. Photographs, laminations and frames are therefore not suitable for external areas, cellars, bathrooms or kitchens.
